Kim Go-eun is a South Korean actress born July 2, 1991. Her acting career begin in 2012 when she beat out over 300 girls for the role in critically acclaimed film A Muse as Eun-gyo. Kim was catapulted from obscurity to the center of much media buzz and her daring and naturalistic performance won her many accolades.
Despite many offers following A Muse, Kim decided to go back to school to finish her degree. She returned to the screen in 2014, showcasing her versatility in the crime thriller Monster. She then went on the star in Coin Locker Girl (2015) alongside Kim Hye-soo, as well as played the leading role of Hong Seol in Cheese in the Trap, her first ever drama based on the webtoon of the same title.
